I Live Out-of-State, or Miles away, How best can I obtain your service?

 

Most of our customers live out-of-state or miles away from our physical locations but conveniently use our service by calling in their details and paying by ACH/Check or money order. The money will be available for the recipient in the next few minutes. It's that simple, contact us for other details

How quickly does the money get there?

The money is available for pickup usually within minutes (time difference considered).

What If I want to speak directly with a Customer Service Rep.?

Our customer service representatives are available to take your order and address your concerns. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. (ET) - Monday-Saturday. Our phone numbers, including toll-free number and Website are opened for you.

Where can I go to Receive the money (overseas)?

When placing your order, seek the guidance of the customer care person to assist you in choosing the closest Payment Center for the beneficiary. Also go to our payment centers Webpage for other pertinent information unique to each country/location.

Do I need to fill out a “Transaction Service Order Form” each time?

Yes, but this is made easy because your details are already in our system – you just need to confirm the currency of your details, and update them if necessary. If no changes, you just need to give the recipient’s details and the transaction amount. We use smart application that remembers customers, eliminating the need to re-enter your information.

How do I pay by ACH/Check ?

For us to accept your payment in an ACH/Check form, you will need to register with us by completing a one-time registration; therefore, call any of our offices to obtain a registration Form and restriction details that may apply. Thereafter, if accepted, all your check payment will be processed via the ACH/Check.

Can I conduct a transaction via telephone ?

Yes, if only you are registered and accepted to pay by ACH/Check. Upon acceptance, for security reasons, you will be assigned a PIN. To enable your transaction you must be able to recall your PIN, amongst other measures.

How Can I become a Fundex Agent ?
